ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using Cinefy, you confirm that you are at least 4 years of age (or have parental consent) and agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
LICENSE
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Cinefy for your personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.
PERMITTED USE
You may use the App to:
- Browse and discover movies, TV shows, and celebrity information
- Search for titles and cast members
- View publicly available entertainment data
PROHIBITED USE
You may not:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
CONTENT & DATA
Movie, TV show, and celebrity data displayed in the App is sourced from publicly available databases. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this information. Content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The App, including its design, logo, and code, is owned by developer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the App without prior written permission.
